Nothing to complain about, the venue met requirements, couldn't recommend more it. We had the classic double room which was huge. The location was quiet - close enough to the center of Angouleme, the restaurant, and Angouleme. It also was in lovely surroundings.

The breakfast was satisfying and the food was great, making it a good way to start the day.

really enjoyed our stay. we were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 1 night, nevertheless everything was exceptional. overall it was attractive and elegant, with a private bathroom.

The location here is wonderful, not far from Angouleme and the city center, while everyone, including the owner, was friendly and welcoming.

Stayed in a wing of the charming château, feeling like royalty. Eclectic decor, but had everything I needed. Breakfast room was elegant with a magnifique breakfast.

Grouting on the tiles could use some attention, but who cares when you're staying in a freaking château? !

A beautiful chateau with well-appointed rooms and quirky artistic decor. Attentive and friendly staff who provide informative guidance about the surrounding area. Great food with locally sourced products. Secure, gated parking. Tranquil and amazing grounds with local walks along the river and woodlands.

The elegantly decorated suite with views of the courtyards and gardens made me feel like I was living in a fairy tale. The antique furniture from all over the world added a touch of charm to the room, and I couldn't help but imagine the stories behind each piece. The spacious rooms with parquet flooring were so comfortable that I felt like I was walking on clouds. And let's not forget the beautiful views of the garden that greeted me every morning, providing a serene backdrop for my stay.

The suite was beautifully decorated, with a lot of natural light and had stunning views of the courtyards and gardens. As a guest who loves bright and elegant spaces, I felt instantly relaxed and at ease in this room.

While I appreciated the dark red tones in the double room, it might not be everyone's cup of tea. Some guests who prefer lighter and more neutral colors might not find it as appealing.
